What are we working on in Kahoa art classes?

Kindergarten:  Crescent shapes, Gourds overlap, forground middle backgrounds, primary to secondary color paintings, Alphabet creatures, rainbows, how rainbows work, abstract paintings.

First:  Masks   symmetry of color, rainbow colors, patterns repeat, glitter details, raffia, beads.

Second:  Matisse fish bowls in interior room paintings.   How to draw cylinders, reflections on water, rooms inside buildings.

Third:  Sketches of Cougars, large paintings of cougars and their habitat, paper/wire cougars, and clay cougars. Picturing America print history ...

Fourth:  Gourd shapes, overlaps, landscape in Oil pastel, water color, crayons. Picturing America series prints all about 1100c. to modern day America through American artworks.

Fifth:  Egyptian paste mini sculptures, Self Portraits as Royal Egyptians in chalk/gold...
